A clean and simple 5-ingredient hummus recipe that is easy to make and super versatile. This hummus utilizes sweet roasted red bell pepper and sesame tahini giving it a rich and smooth texture. Try it out with your favorite veggies, in a pita, with grilled chicken, or how ever you'd like!
Core and deseed the red bell pepper, then cut it in half and place each half on the baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Let cool and then soak up any excess moisture with a paper towel.
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
