This unique dressing features pumpkin, a hint of apple, some sweet black strap molasses, and all of your favorite fall spices. It is sweet, healthy, and pairs perfectly with a harvest salad with brussels sprouts, apple, and butternut squash.

1/3CupPumpkin Puree
3TbspApple Cider Vinegar
2TbspUnsweetened Almond Milk
1.5TbspRaisins
1TbspWalnuts
1TbspLemon Juice
1TspBlack Strap Molasses(see notes)
1/4TspCinnamon
1/8TspGinger
1/8TspAll Spice(optional)
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve overtop of a bed of greens and enjoy!
Notes
The black strap molasses can be omitted or substituted with maple syrup or honey; however, it won't have as rich and complex of a flavor.
