Instructions

Redd Bar Granola

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 Farenheit and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place your favorite Redd bar, 1 tbsp oats, and 2 tsp almond butter in a blender and pulse briefly. Remove the coarse chunks from the blender and place them on the baking sheet.

  3. Cook for 20 minutes then let it cool to form a crunchy granola. Set aside.

Oatmeal

  1. Place all oatmeal ingredients in a small saucepan on medium heat on the stove. Cook for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Scoop oatmeal into two bowls and top with dates, walnuts, and your homemade granola. Enjoy!

  • Click here to find out more about Redd Superfood Energy Bars. These protein bars are plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, and contain 11 powerful superfoods. I suggest the oatmeal, peanut butter, or salted caramel flavored Redd bars for this dish, but they are all delicious! I typically get mine at Whole Foods, but they are also available on Amazon or on the Redd Bar website.
