3CupsPower Greens Lettuce(baby chard, kale, and spinach)
1CupSunflower Sprouts
1CupBroccoli Florets, Steamed or Raw
8Sugar Snap Peas, Raw
6Asparagus Spears, Steamed or Grilled
2TbspGreen Peas, Steamed or Raw
1Serving Lemon Basil Dressing(see recipe in notes)
Instructions
Cut your asparagus, snap peas, and broccoli florets into 1" pieces.
Fill a large bowl with all of the ingredients above.
