This cashew based cheese is rich, creamy, and vegan-friendly! Made with cashews, nutritional yeast, and chipotle powder it truly tastes like nacho cheese. With clean ingredients and no dairy you don't have to feel guilty about indulging in this cheese!

1/2CupPre-Soaked Raw Cashews
2TbspNutritional Yeast
1/2TspChipotle Powder
1/2TspFresh Minced Garlic
1TspFresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
2.5TbspWater
1/4TspPaprika
1PinchSalt
Instructions
Pre-soak your cashews in water for at least one hour (the longer the better).
Drain your cashews and put them in a food processor or blender. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
