Chimichurri Dressing

This healthy, oil-free Chimichurri Dressing recipe is perfect on top of a salad, as a marinade, or drizzled over grilled steak.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1/3 Cup Face 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Lemon, Juiced (about 1/4 cup of juice)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Diced Jalapeno
  • 2 Tsp Erythritol (or coconut sugar)
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until shallot and herbs are chopped finely. 

  2. Serve as a dressing, marinade, or sauce!
