1CupWhole-Grain Wheat Flour
3Servings Vanilla Pea Protein Blend of Choice(108g)
1.5TbspBaking Powder
2TbspDate or Coconut Sugar
3/4TspCinnamon
1/4TspNutmeg
1+ 7/8 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk or Water
Instructions
Preparing the Pancake Mix
Mix all dry ingredients and store in a jar or tupperware until you are ready to use.
Making the Pancakes
To make the whole recipe, add the 1 + 7/8 cups of almond milk or water to the dry mix.
To make one serving, take 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp of the dry mix and add 5 tbsp of water or almond milk.
Heat a lightly greased skillet on medium and create 4” pancakes.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Serve with toppings of your choice!
Notes
Need some topping inspiration? Start with fresh fruit like bananas, strawberries, or blueberries. Try adding PB2, almond butter, or a drizzle of molasses on top if you like a little more richness.
