Sunwarrior Edible Cookie Dough

A naturally sweet, vegan, flourless cookie dough that is powered by plants and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 Serving Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Organic Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Small Japanese Sweet Potato (225-250g)
  • 3 Pitted Dates (20g)
  • 2 Tbsp Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mini Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1 Pinch Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut sweet potato into fourths with the skin on. Boil the pieces in a small sauce pan for 15-20 minutes or until the sweet potato is soft and easily pierced with a fork. Drain and let it cool until it is safe to touch.

  2. Place sweet potato and Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Vanilla Protein Powder in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Make sure dough is completely cool, then add 2 Tbsp Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mini Chips and pulse briefly.
  4. Dig in!
