Ingredients

Oatmeal Base:

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • ¼ Cup Raw Beetroot, Grated (I used an additional 1/4 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Water
  • ¼ Cup Plant Milk (I increased this to 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk)

Toppings:

  • Banana
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Hemp Seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, beetroot, chia seeds, milk and water in a small pot on the stove on medium heat.

  2. Allow mixture to cook until oats are thick and beetroot is soft. Stir occasionally.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and add the toppings above or experiment with your own toppings!
