Oatmeal Base:
1CupRolled Oats
¼CupRaw Beetroot, Grated(I used an additional 1/4 cup)
1TbspChia Seeds
1CupWater
¼CupPlant Milk(I increased this to 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk)
Toppings:
Banana
Blackberries
Blueberries
Hemp Seeds
Instructions
Combine rolled oats, beetroot, chia seeds, milk and water in a small pot on the stove on medium heat.
Allow mixture to cook until oats are thick and beetroot is soft. Stir occasionally.
Transfer to a bowl and add the toppings above or experiment with your own toppings!
