Sesame Ginger Dressing

This dressing recipe packs a gingery kick and a touch of sweetness. It's made with clean, wholesome ingredients, so you won't find any oil, sugar, dairy or preservatives here!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Cashews, Soaked
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1" Cube Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic

Instructions

  1. Pre-soak your cashews for at least 1 hour.

  2. Put everything in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  3. That's it! Just add to a salad and enjoy!
