Pumpkin Spice Dessert Hummus

A sweet, dessert-like hummus dip that is high in both protein and pumpkin spice goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Cannellini Beans, Drained
  • 2 Servings Nutiva Vanilla Plant Protein Powder (or protein powder of choice)
  • 2/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/3 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Tbsp Black Strap Molasses
  • 20 Drops Monkfruit Extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Serve with apples, crackers, or all by itself. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days.
