Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing

This simple dressing is sweet, tangy, and delicious. It takes just 4 ingredients and a few minutes to prepare. Pair it with your favorite salad or use it as a marinade and sauce for cooking tofu and other proteins.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 5.3 Ounce Container Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt (see notes)
  • 2/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Date or Coconut Sugar

Instructions

  1. Wisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Serve over top of a salad of your choosing!

Notes

  • One of my favorite dairy-free yogurts is Forager's Plain Cashewgurt, but any kind will do!
