Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
This simple dressing is sweet, tangy, and delicious. It takes just 4 ingredients and a few minutes to prepare. Pair it with your favorite salad or use it as a marinade and sauce for cooking tofu and other proteins.

Instructions
Wisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Serve over top of a salad of your choosing!
Notes
One of my favorite dairy-free yogurts is Forager's Plain Cashewgurt, but any kind will do!
