Spicy Mango Dressing & Marinade

This sweet and spicy mango recipe goes great with leafy greens or as a marinade for proteins. It's fresh, healthy, and requires just 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 Small Mango (5.5 ounces)
  • 1/3 Cup Orange Juice
  • 2 Tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper (see notes)

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the mango.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • This recipe is spicy! I'd suggest starting with 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper and taste testing before adding the other 1/2 tsp.
