These simple and delicious chocolate protein bars are powered by veggie-protein and covered in a layer of indulgent chocolate. They are a naturally-sweetened treat that tastes more like a candy bar.

3/4CupUnsweetened Almond Milk
7Pitted Dates
4TbspCoconut Flour
2TbspWalnut Baking Pieces
1TbspU Choose Superfoods Super Seed Mix
Chocolate Coating
2TablespoonsEnjoy Life Chocolate Baking Morsels
1/2TeaspoonCoconut Oil
Instructions
Place protein powder, coconut flour, dates, and almond milk in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add walnuts and Super Seed Mix and pulse briefly to distribute.
Remove dough from food processor and press it into a square container (around 5"x5" is best). Set aside.
Place chocolate morsels and coconut oil in a shot glass sized container, then microwave it on medium frequency for 30 seconds at a time. Every 30 second remove the chocolate from the microwave and stir. Repeat until smooth.
Pour chocolate over top of the pressed protein bars and distribute evenly with a rubber spatula.
